Brought in investments well in excess of $30b for the IT sector. Providing of Village Public Telephone (VPTs) in remaining unconnected 66,822 villages component of Bharat Nirman.
Non Achievements (Cold STATS) : Dayanidhi Maran has been accused of demanding the Tatas 33.33% shares from the Tata-Rupert Murdoch DTH project (Tata Sky) for the Sun Network.
